Matina Saranti is a licensed psychologist since 2023. She studied Law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized as a Relational Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist at the Institute of Relational and Group Psychotherapy in Athens (01/2025). She provides therapy in a clinical setting with adults, both in person and online, emphasizing the creation of an authentic and safe therapeutic relationship, which serves as one of the primary means and tools throughout the therapeutic process. At the same time, she works with parents through parent counseling, providing support regarding parenting issues, boundaries, and children’s emotional difficulties and challenges. She continuously updates her professional knowledge by attending and participating in seminars, conferences, and online training programs in Greece and abroad. She is currently in individual therapy and receive supervision on a biweekly basis. She is a member of the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis & Psychotherapy (IARPP) and the American Group Psychotherapy Association (AGPA).
